Moving to a new webhost

I’ve had to move my website to a new host. For the past year I’ve been Dreamhost due to a killer deal I got by which I only paid $9.99 for a whole year’s worth of hosting. Though, sometimes, cheap price comes with cheap quality.

They were great initially, but then began to have stability issues and for the past month or two my site has been down incessantly. My website maybe only of greatest importance to me and a handful of my avid readers but I, nonetheless, want to keep it available as much as possible. You can hardly promise 99.9% uptime and not keep up to that promise.

As my year was nearing it’s end, I decided it’s time to find a new, more reliable host. Another key figure in my search was cost, I didn’t want to spend lots of money on a host again. This search led me to Webhosting Buzz with their great deals.

I’m back to administering my site with the all too familiar cPanel and it’s suite of features. I hope that this new host fares well over the year that I’m willing to give them and hoping that I can stay with them for some time to come.
