The Pats Stumble

The Patriots badly stumbled in the Divisional playoffs tonight. The number of turnovers and sheer lack of cohesive play really hurt them. Giving ANY team short fields is never a winning strategy.

The record of three consecutive Super Bowl wins still seems very elusive. The Broncos will not go very far in the playoff that’s for sure. This isn’t the word of a bitter Patriot fan, but a Football fan who has seen a very good offense largely shutdown by the Pats defense.

I think there is a lot of work that needs to be done, especially in the secondary of the Pats defense for next year to return the a Super Bowl winning form.

All in all, I was very disappointed with the performance of the Pats.
