Addition to the iPod family

The Apple iPod recently got a younger sibling with the iPod mini. Now, we have iPod Photo which combines a 65k-color screen and enough storage to hold not just your music, but almost 25,000 photos. This new version comes in 40GB and 60GB versions. The 40GB version will run for around $500 MSRP and $600 MSRP for the 60GB version.

In addition to the iPod Photo, Apple has release a special U2 Edition that has the signatures of all of the band members. It is also uniquely styled in black with a red wheel, a color combination not available with the other iPods.

which can be downloaded for $149. U2 fans rejoice!
